What data we process. Only what you send us by email: your name, email address, company and whatever you tell us. The website has no forms.
Why. To reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal.
Legal basis. Your consent when you write to us, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
How long. For as long as the conversation lasts. If we end up working together, for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
Who else has access. No one, except the providers that run the service for us: email (Proton AG, Switzerland) and website hosting and security (Cloudflare). We do not sell or share data.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to its processing, by writing to hola@fiar.cat. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCAT).
